In eerste instantie ben je er om problemen met onze verwerkingslijnen op te lossen: je staat in voor de analyse van het probleem, de reparatie en het doorvoeren van verbeteringen aan deze lijnen. Dit doe je voornamelijk bij de klant ter plaatse. Anderzijds geef je instructies aan de klant over het juist gebruik en onderhoud van onze producten. In je contact met machines in the field ben je als eerste geplaatst om technische verbeteringen aan te brengen die de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van het product verhogen. Je communiceert de problemen en een mogelijke oplossing met de engineering-afdeling.
