Jouw functie: Voor onze klant in Willebroek zijn we op zoek naar een administratief bediende facturatie. Het gaat om een firma actief in de sector van wegenbouw. Het gaat om een tijdelijke opdracht ter vervanging van een werknemer die met zwangerschapsrust gaat. De opstart is voorzien in september of oktober 2018 (naargelang jouw beschikbaarheid) en loopt tem april 2019. Je komt terecht op een afdeling van 10 mensen en levert het voorbereidend werk van de calculators. Nadien verzorg je ook de uiteindelijke facturatie aan de klant. Je werkt in vaste werkuren van 8u00 tot 16u42. Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit: - Voorbereiden van facturatievoorstellen op basis van uitgevoerde opdrachten/werven - Uitgestuurde facturatievoorstellen opvolgen - Goedkeuringen verwerken - Voorbereiden van protesten, eventueel opmaak van creditnota's - Opvolging van dossiers en klassement - Contact met klanten telefonisch en per e-mail (10% van je werktijd)
