Het takenpakket van een winkelverantwoordelijke ziet er als volgt uit: Het goede verloop en de optimalisatie van jouw winkel volgens de vooropgestelde richtlijnen. Het streven naar de vooropgestelde targets qua omzet en personeelskost. Het plaatsen van de de winkelbestellingen aan de hand van een correcte stockopvolging. Het dagelijks afsluiten van de kassa en de stortingen. De opleiding en coaching van (nieuwe) medewerkers en studenten. Het naleven van de HACCP-regelgeving. De taakverdeling binnen de winkel. Het opstellen van de werkplanning. Uurrooster winkelverantwoordelijke: Je werkt afwisselend in ochtend- en avondshiften. Donderdag is de sluitingsdag en ben je thuis.

Je krijgt een camionette met aanhangwagen ter beschikking tijdens de werkuren. Deze camionette is niet voor privégebruik, je moet dus zelf naar Kalmthout geraken. Een eerste werkervaring is een vereiste aangezien je snel inzetbaar moet zijn. Belangrijk; ervaren/zelstandig/representatief
