Jouw functie : Als Sales Assistant ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de verkopers, de binnendienst en de klanten.   In een aanstekelijk team ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële en administratieve ondersteuning van de verkopers. Opmaken, uitsturen en opvolgen van offertes naar klanten in samenspraak met verkopers en bijkomende correspondentie zijn één van jouw hoofdtaken. Je garandeert een goede samenwerking met de verkopers en bent een belangrijke interface naar andere afdelingen: product team, after sales team, verhuur/occasie team. Daarnaast zal je de verkopers commercieel ondersteunen bij telefonische en administratieve werkzaamheden. tevens hou je je bezog met het optimaliseren van bestaande verkoopprocessen en werk je mee aan verbetertrajecten. Je ondersteunt promotieacties en organiseert product demo’s.
