Als Internal Sales Assistant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak en opvolging van de contracten voor de investeringsdossiers. Wanneer het contract getekend is door de klant, geef je de bestelling door, je houdt het overzicht van de bestelbons. Eens het materiaal geleverd is, controleer jij de factuur van de leverancier. Op vraag van de klant verstuur je de technische fiches. De opvolging van de special deals, gratis en extra goederen en klachten gebeurt via SAP. Bij de projecten rond de special deals maak je diverse berekeningen m.b.t. de grossiers, de eindklanten, het gamma. De administratie rond de investeringsdossiers, de technische fiches, de packshots en de rapportering gebeurt via Excel.
