Je begint's ochtens rond 4u aan je werkdag, waar je de afgewerkte producten met behulp van een transpallet in je vrachtwagen laadt. Nadien ga je de baan op en zorg je voor de bevoorrading van zo'n twintig klanten, om vervolgens terug richting Verrebroek te keren.
