Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en herstellen van elektrische storingen van geautomatiseerde regelsystemen in productie. Je lokaliseert de storing en identificeert de oorzaak zowel op het vlak van lokale PLC-sturing, digitale sturing, elektrotechnische sturing en pneumatische & hydraulische regelapparatuur. Je staat ook in voor het uitvoeren van preventieve controles op de goede werking van regelapparatuur en het vervangen van elektronische en mechanische onderdelen, zoals o.a. printplaten, sensoren, kleppen, luchtdrukmotoren,… Je staat samen met je collega’s in voor het preventief & curatief elektrisch onderhoud van één of meerdere papiermachines. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het nakijken & herstellen van alle mogelijke elektronische onderdelen van de machine. Je doet inspectierondes en zoekt naar fouten. Je werkt in dagdienst. Na je opleidingsperiode, draai je mee in een systeem van permanentie.
